The first phase of ticket sales excluded matches featuring India, the semi-finals and the final. It featured matches from Bangalore, Chennai, Dharamsala, Kolkata and Mohali. Tickets for the high profile matches (4 India, 2 semi-finals and a final) will be sold online through a lottery system. In order to participate, customers need to register by filling up an online registration form, indicating their preferred match after which they will be automatically enrolled into the draw.
